We proudly completed this 3-story residential construction project with 5 bedrooms located on Bannerghatta Main Road, Arekere Town, Bengaluru Urban District, Karnataka. The project was designed to create a spacious and modern family home that balances architectural elegance with everyday functionality.
The ground floor features a welcoming living room, dining space, modern modular kitchen, and a guest bedroom with attached facilities. The first floor accommodates two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and balcony access, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation. The top floor includes two additional bedrooms, a family lounge area, and a large terrace space designed for relaxation and outdoor gatherings.
The structure was built using reinforced concrete framework, high-quality brickwork, and durable construction materials to ensure long-term structural strength. Premium flooring tiles, concealed copper wiring, branded sanitary fittings, and energy-efficient lighting systems were installed throughout the house.
