We successfully completed this 3-storey residential project with 6 bedrooms located on Candolim Beach Road, Candolim Town, North Goa District, Goa. The project was designed as a spacious coastal residence that combines modern architectural design with the relaxed lifestyle of Goa.
The ground floor features a large living area, dining space, contemporary modular kitchen, and a guest bedroom with attached bathroom facilities. The first floor includes three spacious bedrooms with private balconies that provide fresh sea breeze and natural light. The third floor accommodates two additional bedrooms, a family lounge area, and a terrace space designed for outdoor relaxation.
Durable reinforced concrete structures, moisture-resistant treatment, and weather-protective exterior finishes were used considering the coastal climate. Premium tiles, concealed electrical systems, branded sanitary fittings, and elegant lighting enhance interior comfort.
